Quality Through Requirement Alignment
At Parker Global Trading, quality starts with a clear understanding of the buyer’s requirement. We work with verified Indian suppliers to align product specifications, packaging and export requirements before an order proceeds.
Quality Starts With the Buyer’s Requirement
In international trade, product quality is defined by conformity to the agreed requirement. Rather than offering fixed standard inventory, Parker Global Trading aligns each order with the buyer’s specific commercial and technical needs.
The buyer’s agreed specification becomes the reference point for sourcing selection, supplier communication, and pre-shipment order coordination.
Four Quality Controls
Supplier Verification
We work with verified Indian suppliers selected for their suitability to the buyer’s requirement and ability to meet the agreed product specifications.
Specification Alignment
The agreed buyer specification is clearly communicated and aligned with the selected sourcing route before production and order processing proceed.
Packaging & Transit Preparation
Packaging and transit protection measures are coordinated according to the product form, shipment terms, buyer preferences, and destination requirements.
Pre-Shipment Coordination
We coordinate the necessary checks relating to product conformity, packaging integrity, quantity counts, cargo readiness, and export documentation prior to dispatch.
Inspection & Verification
To support requirement conformity, additional verification measures can be coordinated as part of the commercial agreement.
Samples
Samples can be coordinated where required before proceeding with a bulk export order.
Testing / Laboratory Analysis
Where required by the buyer or order specification, product testing or laboratory analysis can be coordinated against the agreed requirements.
Independent Inspection
Where requested by the buyer or required by the destination market, independent inspection or testing can be coordinated with accredited independent inspection or testing agencies.
Export Documentation & Compliance
Applicable export and destination compliance requirements are coordinated as part of each transaction where required or requested.
-
●Phytosanitary Documentation: Coordinated through authorized plant quarantine agencies where required by destination biosecurity rules.
-
●Fumigation & Treatment: Certified treatment documentation coordinated where required for pest control and import clearance.
-
●Certificate of Origin: Official origin documentation coordinated to satisfy customs entry and applicable trade agreement terms.
